สำหรับน้องๆที่ยังไม่ทราบเรื่องของ วันภาษาอังกฤษ นะครับ วันนี้เรามีเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับวันและเวลาภาษาอังกฤษมาฝากกันครับ รับรองถูกใจน้องๆกันแน่นอน เรามาดูกันเลยครับ
ถ้าเราจะพูดถึงวันก่อน หลายๆคนคงจะนึกไม่ออกว่าจะต้องใช้คำไหนดี ใช้คำนี้นะครับ the previous day ซึ่งหมายถึง วันก่อน ถ้าเราจะบอกว่าวันรุ่งขึ้นหล่ะ the following day คำนี้นะครับที่ระบุถึงวันรุ่งขึ้น สามารถนำไปประยุคกับ สัปดาห์ เดือน หรือปีได้นะครับ เพียงแค่นำคำเหล่านั้นไปเติมข้างท้าย เช่น the following week ก็แปลว่าสัปดาห์หน้าแล้วครับ
หากเราจะใช้เจาะจงในเรื่องของวันลงไปเช่น ภายใน 2 วัน คือ in two days' time or in two days และสามารถเปลี่ยนเป็น weeks, mounths, หรือ years ได้เลยครับ เช่น in two years' time or in two years ซึ่งแปลว่าภายใน 2 ปี เป็นต้น
ทีนี้เรามาพูดถึงเรื่องของระยะเวลาที่ผสมผสานกับวันกันบ้างนะครับ เช่น ฉันอยู่ที่แคนาดามา 6 เดือนแล้ว I lived in Canada for six months. หรือ I'm going to France tomorrow for two weeks. พรุ่งนี้ฉันจะไปฝรั่งเศสสัก 2 อาทิตย์ เป็นต้น จะสังเกตุเห็นว่าใช้ for ในการเชื่อมระหว่าวันและเวลานะครับ
ในภาษาอังกฤษในคำที่มีความหมายในเรื่องของวันและเวลา ส่วนใหญ่แล้วมักจะมี Frequency เข้ามาร่วมด้วยนะครับ คือ ความบ่อยนั่นเอง ยกตัวอย่างเช่น never, rarely, occasionally, sometimes, often or frequently, usually or normally, always, every day or daily, every week or weekly, every month or monthly, every year or yearly ไม่เคย ไม่บ่อย บางครั้งบางคราว/ แล้วแต่โอกาส บางครั้ง บ่อยครั้ง เป็นปกติ เสมอ ทุกวัน ทุกสัปดาห์ ทุกเดือน ทุกปี เป็นต้น
ทีนี้เรามาดูเรื่องของวันภาษาอังกฤษจริงๆกันบ้างนะครับ ว่ามีวันอะไรบ้าง และเขียนอย่างไร ในวันภาษาอังกฤษนั้นจะมีด้วยกันทั้งหมด 7 วันนะครับ คือ วันจันทร์ วันอังคาร วันพุธ วันพฤหัสบดี วันศุกร์ วันเสาร์ และวันอาทิตย์ครับ ภาษาอังกฤษคือ Monday , Tuesday , Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday เรามาดูตัวอย่างกันนะครับว่าแต่ละคำนั้นใช้กันอย่างไร
